Further Your Faith
Lifelong Christian formation in the Episcopal Church is meant to instill growth in the knowledge, service, and love of God as followers of Christ. That formation is informed by Scripture, Tradition, and Reason.
Adult Bible study, special services, newcomers’ classes, and other formation events occur throughout the year. For more information, visit the parish calendar, or contact St. John's at 765.742.4079.
Christian Meditation Group
Saturday Mornings | St. John’s
10 a.m. in the Chapel of the Resurrection
Meditation is an ancient form of prayer. Its aim is to consent to the presence and action of God within by resting in silence and stillness. St John’s hosts an in-person group for Christian meditation in the Chapel of the Resurrection Saturday mornings at 10 a.m.
For more information about the practice of Christian meditation, please watch this short video, which provides a simple description of the history and practice of Christian meditation.
If you would like to learn more about Christian Meditation Group at St. John’s, please contact Karen Lohmeyer or Becky Dick.
