    Welcome to the vibrant world of Christian formation at St. John’s. We believe in nurturing the spiritual growth of our children and youth. Explore exciting opportunities available for your child in our youth programs.

St. John's welcomes children in worship.  

Children have the opportunity to engage in worship services, experience liturgy, and participate as ushers, lectors, choristers, and acolytes during children’s chapel and during Sunday service.

Sunday School

SUNDAY SCHOOL

Sunday School starts at 9:15 a.m.

Children's Chapel starts at 10:15 a.m.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

St. John’s members are encouraged to become volunteers and join the fun! Volunteers assist and keep up with the children.

Faith Formation in Worship

At St. John’s Episcopal Church, we joyfully welcome children into our worship services, providing them with meaningful opportunities to engage in liturgy and actively participate as ushers, lectors, choristers, and acolytes during both children’s chapel and Sunday services.

THE GREATER LAFAYETTE EPISCOPAL YOUTH GROUP

The youth from the Chapel of the Good Shepherd, West Lafayette & St. John’s, Lafayette meet regularly (usually twice a month on Sundays) for community and worship. Youth Group is for youth in grades 6-12.

WAYCROSS CAMP

Waycross is a summer camp and year-round conference center. They welcome groups that seek leadership development, spiritual growth or educational advancements.
